The Inspiration
What is a Breakery?
The Breakery was born out of two passions: baking and brewing. I've had a love for baking for as long as I can remember, and crafted my first homebrew when I was 18 years old. These two hobbies inspired each other for me, as I experimented with ways to incorporate spent grains from the brewing process, and even the beer itself, into my recipes.
The result is a growing list of homebrews that are inspired by classic flavors, and a menu of cakes, cookies, and breads - many of which incorporate elements of those beers in the recipe.
My goal is to eventually open a physical location. For now, thank you for visiting the site. Your support is appreciated!
